1. Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners. Most orders are shipped from warehouses in the United States or Asia, depending on product availability and destination.
2. How long does shipping take?
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days.

Tracking numbers are provided once your order is fulfilled.
3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return window for eligible items. To request a return or exchange, please contact us at goaligna00@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Items must be unused and in original condition.
4. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll work to resolve it promptly.

6. Is your jewelry waterproof or tarnish-resistant?
Most of our pieces are made from stainless steel or plated materials. While they are durable for daily wear, we recommend avoiding direct contact with water, perfumes, and lotions to prolong their life.
7. Do you offer gift packaging?
Select products may come in branded packaging suitable for gifting. We do not offer custom gift wrapping at this time.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Contact us immediately at goaligna00@gmail.com. Once an order is processed, we cannot make changes.
